Below is a chart that lists the new maximum benefits for permanent partial disability (PPD) and temporary total disability (TTD). TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABILITY commences after the petitioner has missed three regularly scheduled workdays. If the petitioner misses more than 14 days, TTD benefits commence the day after the accident/injury.
TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABILITY rates are calculated by taking 66 2/3% of the petitioner's average weekly wage. The average weekly wage is calculated by using the actual earnings of the petitioner for the period of 52 weeks prior to the date of loss.

PERMANENT PARTIAL DISABILITY benefits are calculated by taking 60% of the petitioner's average weekly wage.
MILEAGE RATE as of 07/01/05 is $0.405 per mile.
DISFIGUREMENT is owed for scarring to the hand, head, neck, face, arm, leg below the knee or chest above the axillary line.
MAXIMUM DISFIGUREMENT BENEFIT for accidents/injuries occurring prior to 02/01/06 is 150 weeks. For accidents/injuries occurring after 02/01/06, the maximum disfigurement benefit is 162 weeks. A petitioner cannot receive disfigurement if he/she has received permanent partial disability benefits.
