- They fight for their clients, promptly return phone calls, and generally keep their clients up to date on any developments.
- They treat their clients with respect and work cooperatively to develop a strategy when necessary.
- They do not harass, abuse, or threaten the debtor or customer in any way because this could kill the case.
- They do not make false statements, such as threatening arrest or criminal prosecution if the debt is not paid. Rather they use the law to go after the debtor and make a recovery.
