All Illinois work injury claims are filed here and it is the largest venue for hearing workers’ compensation claims. Below is a list of the Arbitrator’s that hear claims in Chicago. If you have a work injury that took place in Cook County or are hurt out of state working for a Cook County company, your case will be assigned to one of these Arbitrators. In our opinion it is important not only to hire a lawyer who focuses their practice on representing injured workers, but also to hire a lawyer who regularly appears before these Arbitrators. In some cases it can be the difference between winning or losing your case or it can be the difference of thousands of dollars in compensation. Fortunately we know many of the best work injury attorneys in Chicago and would be happy to direct you to the right lawyer for your situation.
